I haven't written anything in a really long time. But I'm sitting in the apartment all alone while Jenni is at work and I'm feeling really lonely so I thought maybe I would feel better if I put some feelings down in writing. To all my friends who live across the country (pretty much everywhere but where I am), I really miss all of you. And I have done a terrible job of keeping up with all of you. It's one of those things that I keep telling myself I'll give so and so a call one of these days and for as easy as that would be I never seem to pick up the phone. I don't know why and I regret it because of how disconnected I feel now.

I'm gonna go now...

I didn't fall off the planet. Let's see...I'm now married and loving it! I have a joint checking account, an apartment, a job, and soon a new position within the department.

I have decided that working afternoons and evenings is not my idea of fun and would like this to stop ASAP. Luckily my new position includes a better schedule that gives me more evenings.

I have discovered something just now as I right this and that is that I am slightly boring now. Hmm...

Ohh! Jamie and I watched The Omen (the original one) and I have to say that I think this is one of the best horror movies I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely fantastic!

OK I'm off to work soon. Back at 8:30 tonight.

I begin at Sterling on Monday!!! I'm getting very excited! And nervous. But I will have Jenni's cousin Lisa at the desk next to me, so I can ask questions if I have them.

People have begun responding to our wedding invitations!! Woohoo! That's also coming up very quickly. I think we're down to 36 days. Wow!

Jenni's having a bridal shower on Saturday that my sister and Mom are throwing for her. That should be fun for her. And hopefully the presents are fun for me, because I'm obviously not invited to the shindig itself.

I just imported lots of music into my iTunes so I have fun music in my iPod. The plan is to make the ultimate car mix for the trip to Myrtle Beach in August. Having just typed that, I realize that I have had entirely too much time on my hands in order to be thinking about that already. hehe

I miss working on theatre. I was talking to my mom the other day and realized that this is the first time in 2 full years that I am not working on a show, between school and summer stock last year. And then now. So hopefully I get involved in a show sometime in the next several months.

I HAVE A JOB!!!!!!!!!!! How excited am I??!! I am starting on July 10 at Sterling, Inc., the company that owns Kay and Jared Jewelers. I will be on the Special Orders Order Team where I will receive a request from a store for a ring they don't have and then proceed to find another store that does and connect the two people so that the customer can get what they were wanting. It should be fun. Plus I get discounts on jewelry. And I don't have to sit around and be bored all day.

Jenni's apartment looks great now! We've gotten her pretty much all moved in. There's a couple boxes still sitting around, but we'll take care of those soon. My parents got us a dining room table and chairs that look fabulous!!

I'm going to go watch The Mummy and then go to my doctor's appointment. Oh yeah, I guess I hadn't mentioned this before: I had a hernia. And surgery to fix it. Apparently you can walk around with these things with less pain than you'd think. Cuz I've probably had it for a year or so. Who knew? But it's all better now. Just have the follow-up appointments to go to.

I'm getting married in 44 days! So exciting!!
